I heard this on the radio, and was intrested in getting more info because this sounded not right. Paraphrasing what I heard here, but it went something like the first ruleing on the US Patriot act was against a dude for pointing a laser beam in airline pilots eyes and was fined or sentenced a whole lot of money and or jail time for this. I am very curious as to how this happens, theres got to be more than this to that story, as I can barely point a laser beam across a room to hit my dogs bu...

Thought I'd try my blog for this question see if it turns up any response because I'm haveing no luck searching for this my self on the internet. There has to be a way to create a web page that allows like an admin to upload files to a directory on the website and also have a field to edit in a description of that file for their users to see these files and the corisponding descriptions in a dynamically updated page. Would also be great if these pages could be password protected with mont...

Yahoo has pissed me off before on this with their web hosting services. I do not need to manage my domain that often, which was taken over by yahoo some time ago from another host, but anyway I forget where to go and the info to log in because of that. So I check all over yahoos site, there is no easy way to get support from them if the answer is not in their FAQs. The most frustrating moment is when I get an automated email telling me the same information I've already seen in their FAQs a...

Went and seen this flick, and to sum up, I wasn't impressed by it as I was by the first one. I'll admit I missed the first 5 or 10 mins of it, but I doubt anything happend that would explain the cruddy flow of this flick. Like in Aliens Resurection, I got that same feeling of; theres a hole, lets jump in it for no reasonable explination to its viewers. Except in this flick its more like lets walk through a graveyard, or there is something lurking down this dark ally, or lets fight this mon...

How does The Forgoton become #1 movie? It stunk so bad, plot holes galore, troubled continuity, basically a rejected X files episode. Only worth is as joke. Can't wait to see RE2 still. I always said the first movie was great and nobody beleived me. A movie called Vinyl is looking up, with some of my favorite and hot actresses included. Also when the hell is the Red Dwarf movie going to come out? I've been living for this. Prodigy finally came out with a new album I bought. Pr...

It seems recently that Wendy's the fast food resturant changed one of my favorite menu items. The Chicken Sandwich use to kick ass, and was one of the few things I'd eat from their menu. It consisted of a breaded chicken breast, slightly peppered and pressure cooked in a deep fat fryer, along with mayo, a tomato, a regular piece of lettuce, and on a lightly toasted, regular bun. It was great! Now it sucks! It comes on a kieser bun, with uncooked onions slices, and gross ass piece of garde...

I was unable to find this comparison anywhere without having to go to each site and look the info up. I thought it would be convienent to see side by side, so I had reasearched it myself and made a quick comparison for part of a class paper on mp3s. *Info was accurate as of 1/28/04. Downloading mp3s from the Internet can be a frivolous past time. There are hundreds of sites and applications that are dedicated to getting legal and or illegal mp3s. To make it easier, the following lists som...

Thats what ET used to phone home. I've been hearing rumors that SETI is going to shut down their clients for months and start a new and improved distributive search called BOINC. It seems it is not quite stable yet and Beta Testing has ran past schedule, so I'm reluctant to try it. There seems to also be some other more popular distributive projects now and when SETI shuts down I may look into another project. I'm currently at 2840 WUs ranked at 98.323% and I hate to see all my computers w...

Emergence, a great local industrial group will be playing this Thursday at the Gothic Theater in Denver Colorado. I really want to go but its hard to find anyone to go with me on a Thursday night. Been calling and asking friends to go like crazy. Everybody wants to go with me, but since its on a work night I cant convince anyone to go. I'm not even sure I want to go myself since I have to be up at 4:30am the next morning, but I really want to help support this group. They were kind enough t...
