It seems recently that Wendy's the fast food resturant changed one of my favorite menu items. The Chicken Sandwich use to kick ass, and was one of the few things I'd eat from their menu. It consisted of a breaded chicken breast, slightly peppered and pressure cooked in a deep fat fryer, along with mayo, a tomato, a regular piece of lettuce, and on a lightly toasted, regular bun.
